Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Welcome to Flypro. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Flypro regarding wholesale sourcing, dealership applications, and the use of our catalog platform. By visiting our site or submitting inquiries, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Wholesale Commercial Scope
Flypro coordinates high-volume import distributions of premium badminton and sports gear. All items featured in our product collection are intended for wholesale purchase, commercial academy feed schedules, and independent retail outlets. Retail consumers looking for individual items are subject to bulk volume pricing caps.
2. Billing, GST, and Sourcing Operations
To secure business orders, the buyer must supply accurate commercial registration data:
- Official Business Name matching tax certificates.
- Valid GSTIN and PAN details for billing.
- WhatsApp contact details for real-time dispatch coordinates and freight updates.
3. Dealership Agreements & Approvals
Submitting dealership inquiry profiles does not guarantee official partner registration. All application metrics are reviewed for regional exclusive permissions and expected annual volume brackets. Flypro reserves the right to decline distribution agreements to maintain territory stability for active dealers.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
The "Flypro" name, logo patterns, specifications tables, and generated neon image assets are proprietary properties. Third-party dealers are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for promoting verified Flypro items within designated sales zones.
5. Disclaimer & Liability Limits
We work directly with verified international factories to guarantee consistent material durability. However, athletic gear is subject to heavy wear under competitive play. Flypro is not liable for structural degradation of badminton strings, rackets, or shuttlecocks due to player usage outside of manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of dispatch delivery.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes relating to bulk procurement routing are governed by the commercial laws of Ghaziabad District, Uttar Pradesh, India.
